Paul And Andrew Watch All Of Friday 13th – Week 2

Week 2 of the Friday the 13th watch along is almost here!

It all started with an idea for a podcast, and then the world went all kinds of sideways in March. Now, a mere six months later, Paul and Andrew have got themselves back on track to watch all of the Friday the 13th movies in order. Now it will be done using the power of internet connectivity, on the platform known as Twitch, so you can watch along* with them and hear their vital opinions on a 20-year-old horror franchise that redefined the concept of “how bloody many are there!?”. Then you’ll be able to hear more of their opinions as Paul decides the official ranking of each film in The Hall Of Fridays!

So, our murderous journey at Camp Crystal lake is underway and welcome, happy campers, to Week 2! What could possibly lie in store on our next leg of the Friday The 13th journey? Well, here’s a quick breakdown and how to take part in the watch along!

The Film

Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)

“Mrs. Voorhees is dead, and Camp Crystal Lake is shut down, but a camp next to the infamous place is stalked by an unknown assailant.”

The second entry in the long-running horror series focuses on a group of teenage would-be counsellors converging on Camp Crystal Lake for training under the tutelage of head counsellor Paul (John Furey). Inevitably, Paul relates the story of Jason Voorhees (Warrington Gillette), a boy who ostensibly drowned at the camp and whose mother murdered a group of counsellors in revenge. No one takes the tale seriously until a very much alive Jason begins gruesomely eliminating people.
